Ginger started her love for the hospitality industry at a young age. She watched the TV show, "Hotel" with her mom in the 80's every week. With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ginger has held positions in sales, operations, food and beverage, human resources, marketing, and executive management with major hotel brands including Radisson, Holiday Inn, Starwood, Hilton, Ramada, as well as independents. Her accomplishments include developing and operating three successful recruiting companies and serving as corporate recruiter for a major hotel management company. Recently recognized as a leader in the hospitality industry and awarded worldwide "Who's Who" top executive. Ginger understands the importance of assisting companies as they build winning teams required to be successful in today's rapidly changing marketplace. She develops a trusting relationship with candidates and provides a Career Coach bond.

Brandi Speir Candidate Development & Job Placement Consultant
Recent University of Delaware graduate with a BA in Psychology and minor in Forensic Science. Brandi has spent the last 6 years working at one of the busiest restaurants in Dewey Beach. Starting in high school, she began to develop an interest in hospitality recruitment. Brandi assisted her mother in the office organizing and coordinating the companies resume database.
Responsible for sourcing and screening hotel executive candidates worldwide. Support recruitment efforts by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates. Specialize in assisting direct placement for restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, and other hospitality businesses across the United States. Her passion is to identify and match great candidates for all management positions. We work with candidates and clients as a true partner, providing extensive support to find the right fit for both sides.
